📦 Shipping – Australia	All orders are sent via Australia Post. Please allow 5–7 business days for processing. Tracking is emailed once shipped. Use the Shop app for updates.

🚚 Free Shipping	Free standard shipping in Australia on orders over $90 AUD.
🌍 International Shipping	Not yet available — we're working with DHL to launch it soon.
♻️ Returns – Change of Mind	30-day return policy for unworn items in original packaging. Tags and proof of purchase required. Final Sale items are not eligible.
⚠️ Returns – Damages	Contact us immediately for defects or wrong items. We do not replace items damaged by wear and tear or third-party purchases.
🔄 Return Process	Use our returns portal: Start return here. Check your junk folder for return instructions.
🧼 Care Instructions	Hand wash cold, line dry in shade, no bleach, no dryer, no Napisan. Fading from chlorine or sun is not deemed faulty.
🧷 Will it shrink?	Spandex resists shrinking, but nylon may shrink under high heat. Avoid hot water and dryers.
🍼 What nappy?	Up to you — regular, swim nappy or none if toilet trained.
💸 Discount Codes	One discount per order. Some discounts apply automatically; others need a code. Watch Instagram, our site, and email.
🚚 Discounted Shipping	Yes — orders over $90 AUD still get free shipping, even with a discount.
✏️ Order Changes	Email us at smile@tinitogs.com ASAP to cancel or edit. We’ll try to accommodate, but can’t promise changes once placed.
